Please send us the requirements,2d print, and 3d part, we require the 3d files format is STEP, XT, IGS…

Order
When the customer approves the price, he begins to pay the deposit. we receive the customer deposit and determine the start of the project.

Mold Design
Our engineering begins the DFM and 3d mold design. and send it to the customer to get approved.
04.
Mold Manufacturing
We start to order steel and cut steel. CNC process, EDM, Polish, Assembly.
05.
Mold Testing
After finishing all the processes. we will start to test the mold and run the sample on T1.
06.
Mold Modification
If the T1 sample has some areas need for improvement. we will start to mold modification.
07.
Shipment
After get approved the sample from the customer. we will ready to clean and package the mold for shipment.
08.
After-Sales Service
When the tooling arrived in the customer factory if the customer needs any help or has any problem during the production. We will continue to provide the after-sale service.
