Collect the current CAD, drawing, resin, quantity, quality criteria, timing, and destination.

DFM and design

Review manufacturability, parting lines, gates, cooling, ejection, steel, and access for maintenance.

Build and fit

Machine the approved components, complete EDM or finishing as required, and fit the mold for inspection.

Trial and feedback

Run the agreed first trial, review parts against the requirements, and document any change.

Approve and ship

Complete relevant checks, protect the tooling, prepare agreed documents, and coordinate delivery.
